Working with Hayalows
Hayalows provides branding, design, websites, digital tools, marketing support, business advisory and related practical work. What we deliver depends on what we agree for your project.
The information on this website is general. Your proposal or written agreement should describe the service, price and expected outcome for your work.
Your part in the work
Please provide accurate information, make decisions within a reasonable time, share materials you are allowed to use and tell us about important limits before work begins.
Before approving work, check names, prices, dates, contact details and other facts that need to be correct.
Agreeing on scope and price
We should agree on the work, deliverables, price and payment stages in a proposal, email, WhatsApp conversation or another clear record. If an important detail is missing, ask before paying or expecting work to begin.
Third-party costs such as subscriptions, printing, hosting, advertising, delivery or purchases should be identified separately when they apply.
Deposits and balances
Your payment may be a deposit, part payment, final balance or another agreed stage. We may need a deposit before planning, purchasing or production begins.
Use the correct payment option, pay the agreed amount and keep the reference. An outstanding balance may need to be paid before final files, delivery, publication or continued work.
Changes, timelines and delays
If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we may need to change the price, timeline or project phase. We should explain a material change before carrying it out.
Timelines can depend on feedback, access, content, approvals and third-party services. If something delays the work, the schedule may need to change. A date is fixed only when we clearly agree that it is.
Revisions
Revisions should relate to the agreed purpose and scope. A major change of direction, repeated work after approval or a new deliverable may be additional work.
If your proposal includes a revision process, that process applies to your project.
Ownership and permissions
Only send text, images, logos, music, data or other material that you own or are allowed to use. You remain responsible for permissions connected to material you supply.
Ownership and permitted use of the final work follow your project agreement and payment status. Unless we agree differently, Hayalows may retain its methods, reusable systems, working files and general know-how.
50's Bliss products and delivery
Product availability, sizes, quantities and prices can change. Check the current store information or confirm your order directly before paying.
When delivery is needed, confirm the location, charge and expected timing. Distance, availability and the delivery provider may affect timing. If there is a problem, send the order details and useful supporting information.
Paying through Paystack or USSD
Paystack processes online payments reached from this website. You can also use the displayed USSD codes on a supported network. Hayalows does not collect card details or PINs here and will not ask you to send them.
Returning to this website does not prove that a payment succeeded. We confirm payment from the transaction record.
Cancellations and refunds
We review cancellations and refund requests based on the circumstances, including work completed, time reserved, products used or opened, delivery activity and costs already committed.
Refunds are not automatic. Read the payments and refunds page for the current process.
Results and responsibility
We aim to provide useful and careful work, but business results also depend on your decisions, market conditions, third-party platforms and how the work is used. Hayalows does not promise a particular level of sales, profit, ranking, audience response or business success.
Where applicable law allows, responsibility should be considered in relation to the specific service or product and the circumstances. Nothing here removes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
